Refund policy

Special note for all retail purchases. Due to the nature of the product sold by Branded, you must pay attention to the following information before shopping with us. We stand behind our products as we have been selling high quality sustainably sourced garments for over 5 years.

We have an ALL SALES ARE FINAL policy. You have the right to change your mind and return any order within 14 days of receipt of the product. Returned products must be sealed in their original package for health protection and hygiene purposes, once these have been unsealed after you receive them, they won't be eligible for a return. We do typically allow exchanges within 30 days of purchase with receipt and tags still intact. With that being said, some items are not eligible for exchanges; this includes, shoes that have been worn and used crep items (other exclusions apply).
