Special note for all retail purchases. Due to the nature of the product sold by Branded, you must pay attention to the following information before shopping with us. We stand behind our products as we have been selling high quality sustainably sourced garments for over 5 years.

We have an ALL SALES ARE FINAL policy. Please feel free to use our adorable dressing rooms during all in store sales as we do not accept returns or exchanges.

 

Online Sales: Please be aware that ebay, poshmark, depop & etsy all have different policies for their websites. Ebay is the only website we accept returns, all you have to do is pay return shipping and your purchase price will be refunded.

Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns on sale items or gift cards.
